One of my biggest issues with Julie Woods & Associates Real Estate Firm is that Julie seems to like the sign with the white background and colored circles. I personally like the black background and colored circles. This is something I would struggle to let go of were it not for the manner in which Julie was able to sell my house. First of all, she let me have the sign with the black background to put in my yard, it looked very classy. Then, she tells me okay we will put your house on the market, but since I was doing it in the middle of the Thanksgiving/Christmas season, it might be a few months before we got much traffic. I noticed with this statement Julie was just being modest, because we put the house on the market Monday, had someone come look at it on Black Friday (Day after Thanksgiving), had a solid offer on it that Sunday! So Tuesday she took us to look at a new house and we placed an offer on the new house that day! In less than two weeks we put our house on the market, sold it, and bought another house. Merry Christmas Commissions to you Julie Woods! That is crazy fast for home sales! Crazy you say? Yes Crazy, cause that Julie Woods is Crazy like a Fox and will get your house to sale!!!
